FAQ

What is the ordering process?
Please place your online order by selecting product and design you would like.  Font type election shall be added to the comments section upon checkout.  We will send a digital sample for your final approval within 24-48 hours via email- please ensure you check your junk file.  Your order will then be custom fabric will then printed, and hand manufactured by our team of handmaidens.
We will send you update emails along the way to let you know your progress however if you do have any questions, please email innoah_@outlook.com and ensure you do quote you order number.  We endeavour to dispatch your order within three weeks from the time of design confirmation.  

What fabric is used? 
The fabric we design is printed on organic cotton jersey, unless stated otherwise.  Any supplemental, non personalised, fabrics are 100% homespun cotton, unless stated otherwise.

How long will it take for me to receive my item(s)?
We endeavour to complete final manufacture within three weeks, however sometimes there are delays that are beyond our control.  We will email you to keep you posted along the way, which will let you know where your order is up to and an estimated dispatch date.  Once dispatched, it is up to the postal system to deliver and is out of the hands of innoah.
All parcels are sent via Australia Post. Please check the Australia Post website for their shipping time frames (we are in postcode 2213)

I cant find a design I like?
Don't fret- We would love to design something specific to your nursery/room requirement with a brief/inspiration provided by yourself.

Can I return or exchange my item?
As all of our items are personalised, all sales are final. On the occasion that your item may be faulty, innoah requests that your item is sent back (with tracking to be supplied to innoah along with your original order number) for inspection, and it is at our discretion for the final outcome.  If your item is deemed to be faulty, a replacement item will be arranged with standard turn around times applying and return shipping reimbursed.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
