Our items are personalised, rendering them invalid for refund unless faulty. Faulty items will be required to be sent back, and will be re made if determined necessary- at the discression of innoah. All items are checked three times prior to dispatch to avoid such issues.

Innoah is unable to refund for change of mind purposes, shipping delays or for delays that are beyond our control.

Colouring on digital samples differ from screen to screen, and again to print media. We hence do not refund for a variance in print colour.

If there is any cause for refund, a restocking fee of 10% is withheld, unless determined faulty.
